A word from our CEO
When you think about leaving a legacy, what comes to mind first?
Leadership is not about titles or achievements—it’s about the impact we leave in the lives of others. As Jurie Kriel so powerfully says, “True success in leadership is never measured in the life of the leader but in the lives of those they lead.”
At its very core, Matthew 16:24-25 reminds us that the best leadership is grounded in sacrifice, service, and a heart that puts others first. It’s about laying down our lives, listening deeply, and responding with humility to the needs of those around us.
At GLNA/NZ, we have strived to live out this kind of leadership—one that equips, strengthens, and serves leaders across Australia and New Zealand, and does so out of a posture of service. It has been one of my greatest joys and privileges to lead a team so committed to this mission.
But this journey has never been walked alone.
Thank you. Many of you have stood alongside us for years, investing in and praying for leaders across all areas of society. Together, we have witnessed growth, transformation, and deep impact in the lives of thousands. And I know this is just the beginning—God will continue to grow and bless what is already thriving.
As I step out of my role as CEO and hand over to a new leader in just a few weeks, I am grateful beyond words. It has been an incredible journey, and I look forward with excitement and confidence to all that is still to come. God is at work, and I have no doubt that this movement will only continue to flourish in the seasons ahead.
I am now moving into a new singular focus of leading the global Women Leaders Network. In more than 30 countries already, there is a lot of work to do in building this global movement and I am excited about leading a global team and building this ministry of the Global Leadership Network.
To the incredible team I have worked with, I want to express my deepest gratitude. Your faithfulness, passion, and commitment to this mission have been nothing short of extraordinary. You have led with courage, integrity, and grace, and I know that your impact will continue to multiply as you carry this vision forward.
To the Board who have governed with diligence and been a support over these years – I am forever grateful for your wisdom and friendship.
To each of you reading this—whether you are leading in your churches, workplaces, communities, or homes—know that your leadership matters. The seeds you are planting today will bear fruit for generations to come.
