Insights to help you lead where you are

Your Leadership Is Never Just About You

When I think about making an investment, I’m thinking about what it’s going to cost me. More specifically I’m thinking about the dollars. Everyone wants good bang for their buck, right. But what I often don’t weigh up is what’s the cost if I don’t make the investment.

You see, your leadership doesn’t stop with you. Every decision you make, every conversation you have, every way interact with others, it ripples outward. Into your staff, your volunteers, your congregation, even your family. The people who trust you to lead them well, often without knowing just how much weight you’re carrying to do it.

That’s why investing in your own leadership is never really about you either. When you grow as a leader, something shifts beyond your own capability. Your team feels the difference in how you communicate. Your board feels it in how you lead through hard decisions. Your congregation feels it in the culture that slowly, quietly takes shape around you. Healthier leaders build healthier teams. Healthier teams build stronger, more hope-filled communities.

So, what investment have you made in your leadership lately? At the Global Leadership Summit, we invite you to come and grow with us. Not to give you more notes to file away, but to genuinely help shape how you think, how you see the future, and how you lead, so that the ripple reaches further than it currently does. Somewhere in your church, your team, your community, there are people who are about to have a better year because you chose to grow this year.

We know the calendar is full. We know there’s always another meeting, another deadline, another fire to put out. It would be easy to say leadership development can wait. But the people you lead don’t experience your potential — they experience your practice. And practice is shaped by what you choose to pour into yourself.

So, here’s an invitation: don’t just come for yourself this year. Come because your team needs the best version of your leadership. Come because the people sitting in your pews, your staff meetings, your community are worth the investment.

Bring someone with you if you can. One person inspired is powerful. A whole team inspired together? That’s how culture changes.

We’d love to have you at GLS this year — not just for what you’ll gain, but for who you’ll become for the people counting on you.

GLNA Next Gen is making leadership learning easier for every classroom

You Asked. We Listened.

We know teachers are busy.

You’re moving between classrooms, schools, systems and platforms – all while trying to create meaningful learning experiences for your students. The last thing you need is another technology hurdle standing between you and the resources you want to use.

Over the past year, we’ve been listening to your feedback about Next Gen.

One of the questions we heard was simple:

“Can we have the Next Gen curriculum available in the platforms we already use?”

The answer is now yes. 🎉

Your Platform. Your Classroom. Your Choice.

All Next Gen curriculum is now available in both Microsoft and Google formats, giving teachers greater flexibility in how they access, use and deliver the resources in their classrooms.

Whether your school is a Microsoft school, a Google school, or a little bit of both, you can choose the platform that works best for you.

We believe great leadership learning shouldn’t be complicated by the technology used to deliver it. The content hasn’t changed. The purpose hasn’t changed.

We’re still passionate about equipping young people with the skills, confidence and character to lead – wherever they are and whatever their future holds.

We’ve simply made it easier for you to bring that learning into your classroom.
