Yes. While you may like to engage with our Online Experience by yourself at home (in your PJ’s if you wish!), we encourage you to consider how you can experience GLS together with other local leaders in a COVID-Safe way such as: your family and friends at home, work colleagues at the office, your small group or ministry team, others from your congregation at Church. Again, we simply ask that you honour our request that all who attend GLS must be an individual ticket holder.
By the end of 2020, we will be able to confirm the speaker line up for GLS21.

An email will be sent to the email address given at time of registration, prior to the event date. Please make sure you update us with any change to you or your teams email addresses.
When you purchased your registrations, you received a confirmation/receipt email. There is a link included which you use to update each of your registrations with the participant’s details. Please contact email@example.com if you need this resent.
If you made a group booking prior to 30 July, we ask that you please communicate the new event date and arrangements to all of your group members. Once registrations have been updated with names and email addresses, the registrant will receive an email with their unique viewing link in the week prior to your particular GLS Online date.
Yes, however, you must do so at least two weeks from the event date that you have registered for. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the request and the new date you would like to attend. Note: all tickets in your group must attend the same event date and cannot be split up.
No, if you have purchased more than one ticket to GLS within the same booking, we are unable to transfer some and then refund others.
Transfers and refunds will take up to three weeks from notice.
We encourage everybody to buy their tickets online as extra details are required to complete registration. If you are having difficulties registering online, please contact GLNA Office for help.
No. We have intentionally reduced the ticket price for GLS21 to enable more people than ever to experience the Summit. We understand that many people are experiencing financial hardship at this time and if this is affecting your ability to attend, please contact us to explore options.
All lunch tickets pre-purchased will be automatically refunded in full to the credit card used to purchase them. These transactions should be completed by the end of August.
We love partnering with our Host Site Teams to present the GLS at venues across Australia, and it is our firm commitment to provide in-person gatherings again in 2021, God-willing!
