CEO Role

The Global Leadership Network Australia and New Zealand is seeking a new CEO for GLNA/NZ to begin in early 2025.

This is being offered as a full-time position, with the option of being less upon negotiation.

This role leads a remote team of 8 staff currently in New Zealand, Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. It would require working from a home office with most of the weekly staff connections via Zoom and calls.

Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer of GLNA/NZ is responsible for establishing the organisation’s strategic direction and providing visionary leadership. This role encompasses making pivotal corporate decisions, representing the organisation publicly, safeguarding financial stability, overseeing the work of staff and organisational ministries, and advancing the growth and development of GLNA/NZ.

This role includes the unique challenge of leading a high-performing, geographically dispersed team. The CEO must demonstrate flexibility in managing office responsibilities while also being prepared for regular national (and some international) travel.
